- 1 1/2 ounces myer's rum
- 1 ounce cream of coconut (from can)
- 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 pineapple stick (to garnish)
- 1 maraschino cherry (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in shaker or blender.
- 2 shake, or blend at low speed, for 10 to 15 seconds.
- 3 pour over ice cubes in a tall glass.
- 4 garnish with a pineapple stick and cherry.
