Ingredients
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1 cup grated coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 beat the egg whites until stiff.
- 3 beat in gradually, the salt and sugar.
- 4 slowly fold in the corn flakes and coconut.
- 5 combine well.
- 6 drop "dough" from the tip of your spoon onto ungreased, heavy paper.
- 7 bake for 15-20 minutes.
