Macaroons With Corn Flakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 beaten egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 cup grated coconut

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • 3 beat in gradually, the salt and sugar.
  • 4 slowly fold in the corn flakes and coconut.
  • 5 combine well.
  • 6 drop "dough" from the tip of your spoon onto ungreased, heavy paper.
  • 7 bake for 15-20 minutes.
