Lil’s Chocolate Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- milk, just enough to bind
- 1/4-1/2 cup coconut, extra
Recipe
- 1 mix all dry ingredients add melted butter and press into a swiss roll or slab tin.
- 2 bake 20 mins 180degc (350degf) oven.
- 3 make a fairly stiff icing; mix all icing ingredients except coconut and spread whilst hot then sprinkle with coconut.
