Lil’s Chocolate Fingers

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • milk, just enough to bind
  • 1/4-1/2 cup coconut, extra

Recipe

  • 1 mix all dry ingredients add melted butter and press into a swiss roll or slab tin.
  • 2 bake 20 mins 180degc (350degf) oven.
  • 3 make a fairly stiff icing; mix all icing ingredients except coconut and spread whilst hot then sprinkle with coconut.
