Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut syrup (da vinci, torani, etc.)
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 ounces coconut milk
- 1 pineapple, wedge
- 1 maraschino cherry
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- 2 serve in a tiki mug, frosted collins glass, or a milk-shake glass.
