Healthy Energy Bars/snacks

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup currants
  • 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, ground
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter, add tahini, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup.
  • 2 then add the remaining ingredients.
  • 3 place the mixture into a 9' round pan and press firmly.
  • 4 refrigerate and cut.
