Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup currants
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, ground
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, add tahini, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup.
- 2 then add the remaining ingredients.
- 3 place the mixture into a 9' round pan and press firmly.
- 4 refrigerate and cut.
