Healthy Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mash the avocado.
  • 2 steam and puree the carrots down to 1/4 c.
  • 3 warm the coconut oil until it melts.
  • 4 add the avocado & carrot purees.
  • 5 add sugar, cocoa powder, protein powder, and vanilla.
  • 6 whisk until smooth.
