Cambodian Coconut Sauce

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 13 ounces coconut milk (not light)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 pour all into a saucepan and stir well.
  • 2 heat over low flame until thickened, about 5-8 minutes.
