Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 4 ounces coconut
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites until stiff.
- 2 beat in sugar.
- 3 fold in all other ingredients.
- 4 put small walnut-sized dollops on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5 cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
- 6 let cool and eat.
