Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 1/3 cups coconut
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients (except nuts and coconut) in a medium saucepan over medium heat until thickened, approximately 12 minutes.
- 2 add nuts and coconut. beat with a spoon till both are coated.
- 3 cool and frost the cake.
