Macaroons By Harriette

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 flour
  • 7 ounces coconut

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 beat egg whites on medium speed until stiff.
  • 3 mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
  • 4 add flour and mix.
  • 5 add coconut and mix well.
  • 6 drop by spoonsful unto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake until browned, (12-15) minutes.
