Ingredients

- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 flour
- 7 ounces coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 beat egg whites on medium speed until stiff.
- 3 mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
- 4 add flour and mix.
- 5 add coconut and mix well.
- 6 drop by spoonsful unto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake until browned, (12-15) minutes.
