Jellybean Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups self raising flour
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 125 g cold butter, diced
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 100 g jelly beans, like jellybellies
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 180 c.
- 2 line 2 trays with baking paper.
- 3 place flour, sugar, butter, coconut in food processor.
- 4 pulse to make fine crumbs.
- 5 add milk and vanilla, mix to a soft dough.
- 6 cover and chill for 30 minutes.
- 7 shape tablespoons of dough into oval shapes, flatten slightly.
- 8 decorate with jelly beans.
- 9 bake 10 - 15 minutes until golden.
- 10 cool 5 minues then move to a wire rack.
