Jellybean Cookies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 125 g cold butter, diced
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 g jelly beans, like jellybellies

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 180 c.
  • 2 line 2 trays with baking paper.
  • 3 place flour, sugar, butter, coconut in food processor.
  • 4 pulse to make fine crumbs.
  • 5 add milk and vanilla, mix to a soft dough.
  • 6 cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  • 7 shape tablespoons of dough into oval shapes, flatten slightly.
  • 8 decorate with jelly beans.
  • 9 bake 10 - 15 minutes until golden.
  • 10 cool 5 minues then move to a wire rack.
