Healthy Cranberry Granola Bars

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup crushed almonds
  • 3/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • 3/4 cup oat bran
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 ounces dried cranberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 mix oats, almonds, walnuts, bran, coconut and salt and roast in over at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 dissolve honey and vanilla in pot under low heat.
  • 3 remove dry ingredients and pour into a bowl.
  • 4 lower oven to 300 degrees.
  • 5 grease 9 x13 glass dish with cooking spray.
  • 6 mix liquid into bowl with dry ingredients, add cranberries or whatever else you want.
  • 7 pour into dish and spread out evenly.
  • 8 place wax paper on top and smash down. you can use a can or glass to do this as well.
  • 9 bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes, till golden brown.
  • 10 let cool for at least 1-2 hours to harden.
  • 11 cut and enjoy.
