Healthy Cranberry Granola Bars

Ingredients

- 3 cups oats
- 1/3 cup crushed almonds
- 3/4 cup crushed walnuts
- 3/4 cup oat bran
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 ounces dried cranberries
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 mix oats, almonds, walnuts, bran, coconut and salt and roast in over at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 dissolve honey and vanilla in pot under low heat.
- 3 remove dry ingredients and pour into a bowl.
- 4 lower oven to 300 degrees.
- 5 grease 9 x13 glass dish with cooking spray.
- 6 mix liquid into bowl with dry ingredients, add cranberries or whatever else you want.
- 7 pour into dish and spread out evenly.
- 8 place wax paper on top and smash down. you can use a can or glass to do this as well.
- 9 bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes, till golden brown.
- 10 let cool for at least 1-2 hours to harden.
- 11 cut and enjoy.
