Healthy Chocolate Goodness Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (whole wheat pastry flour works best because its ground fine, could use part soy flour or other kinds)
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup flax seed meal (if you want butter-free- add another 1/2 cup of flax meal)
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup dried coconut
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 teaspoons egg substitute, 4 tab of water (or 2 eggs)
- 1 1/2 cups water (slowly add until right consistency)
Recipe
- 1 prehead oven to 350. add all dry ingredients first and mix well.
- 2 then add wet ingredients and mix with mixer until cookie doug consistency. drop small dough ball about 1inch or so on a cookie sheet. cook for about 10 minute let sit on sheet to cool for a minute put on cookie rack to cool.
