Chocolate Roll

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallow
  • coconut

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
  • 2 add egg and beat well.
  • 3 in separate bowl, mix the sugar, nuts, and marshmallows.
  • 4 add chocolate mixture to nut mixture and mix well.
  • 5 sprinkle sheet of waxed paper with coconut.
  • 6 put chocolate mixture onto waxed paper and shape into roll.
  • 7 twist ends of waxed paper to seal.
  • 8 wrap in additional sheet of waxed paper if desired (should look like a big taffy roll!).
  • 9 place in freezer and keep there until ready to slice.
