Chef Joey's Vegan Coconut Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 5 large fresh peaches (sliced & seeded)
- 1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk (organic)
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (i used rice dream)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
Recipe
- 1 wash and slice the peaches and remove the pits.
- 2 place them into the blender cup and add the rest of the ingredients and process.
- 3 this makes a huge amount so if you're using a smaller blender maybe cut the recipe in half.
- 4 bon appetit!
