citrus healthy smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into small chunks
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ice cubes as desired

  • blend bananas, pineapple, orange juice, coconut milk, lime juice, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, and ice cubes together in a blender until smooth.
