Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins Ready Time: 35 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • melt chocolate in double boiler, in a saucepan over low heat, or in the microwave stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • in a large bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour, eggs, almonds and vanilla. stir well. fold in melted chocolate. drop by rounded spoonfuls baking sheets.
  • bake in preheated oven 25 minutes, until set.
