Pretend You're In The Tropics Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 (6 ounce) container coconut yogurt
  • 6 fluid ounces 1% milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
