Easy-breezy Coconut And Banana Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • blend banana, milk, yogurt, oats, coconut milk, shredded coconut, flax seed, and sugar together in a blender until smooth.
