Twisted Colada Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 8 almonds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup sliced frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk beverage (such as silk®)
  • 2 fresh pineapple spears
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

  • blend coconut, almonds, flax seeds, and chia seeds together in a blender or food processor until slightly smooth. add banana, coconut milk beverage, pineapple, protein powder, and agave nectar; blend until smooth.
