Moonbeams

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup dry milk powder
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Recipe

  • in a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, wheat germ, dry milk, and honey, until smooth. roll into walnut sized balls and roll the balls in the coconut. they're ready!
