- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

- combine sour cream and sugar; mix well. stir in coconut. fold in whipped topping. spread top and sides of two 9-inch cake layers.
