- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut

- layer sliced bananas in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- combine butter, brown sugar, , vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl; pour over bananas.
- cover and cook on low for 2 hours. top bananas with walnuts and coconut during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
