pina colada bread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3 tablespoons
  • 3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees f/45 degrees c)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. select sweet or quick bread baking cycle
