- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 lime, juice of
- 2 cups cooked chicken
Recipe
- 1 mix everything except for the chicken in a saucepan. bring to a boil and simmer about 30 minutes until rice is cooked. add chicken and mix thoroughly.
