Chocolate Truffles

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 g toblerone dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 2 teaspoons creme de cacao or 2 teaspoons baileys irish cream
  • drinking cocoa
  • melted chocolate, grated
  • melted dark chocolate, grated
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • coconut

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 rolll into small balls, (wet hands are handy) approximately 2.5cm diametres each.
  • 3 coat in either cocoa, melted or grated chocolate, sprinkles or coconut (or maybe you may have a different preference for rolling truffles in.).
  • 4 chill for 2 hours.
  • 5 serve.
