Easy Coconut Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut (preferably coco lopez or any sweetened brand)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, strained to remove pulp (approximately 5 limes)
- 5 limes, zest of
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- 2 chill mixture several hours or overnight.
- 3 before adding to the ice cream maker, shake mixture well.
- 4 freeze mixture in an ice-cream maker.
- 5 transfer sorbet to an airtight container and put in freezer to harden.
