Granola Muesli

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, plus
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to mix.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
