Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice, plus
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricot
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to mix.
- 2 cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
