Guava Crumble

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 125 g butter or 125 g margarine
- 140 g cake flour
- 40 g coconut
- 40 g oats
- 30 ml sugar
- 10 ml baking powder
- 410 g guava, halves, drained
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 180ºc (350ºf).
- 2 using your fingertips, rub the butter into the flour till well blended.
- 3 add the remaining ingredients, except the guavas.
- 4 press half the mixture into a greased pie dish or small (about 10 cm in diameter) loose-bottomed quiche tins.
- 5 place guava halves cut side down in the dish or tins.
- 6 crumble the remaining flour mixture on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or till the crust is golden brown.
- 7 serve with cream or custard.
