Low Sugar Coconut-almond Pie Crust Or Cheesecake Crust

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup almond meal
  • 2/3 cup dry coconut powder
  • 1/3 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 preheat your oven to 350°f.
  • 2 mix vanilla and butter together in a large bowl.
  • 3 add other ingredients and mix until all the crumbs are moistened.
  • 4 press into a pie plate and bake at 350f for 10 minutes.
  • 5 remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • 6 use as you would a graham cracker crust.
