Fruit Cocktail Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup fruit cocktail
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 lb butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients until smooth.
  • 2 grease pan of your choice.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
  • 4 for frosting mix and cook for 10 minutes at boiling. remove from heat and add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts.
  • 5 spread on cake.
