Coconut Custard Pie

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup of soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons self rising flour
  • 6 eggs, whisked together
  • 5 cups coconut
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together the sugar, butter and flour.
  • 2 add the eggs and both flavorings.
  • 3 add the milk and continue to whisk.
  • 4 encorporate the coconut and pour into the pie shells.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. the top should be golden brown.
