Laura's Flourless Cookies

Total Time: 24 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 9 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 cups almond meal
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together.
  • 2 drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet & squash with a fork.
  • 3 bake at 325 for 9 minutes.
  • 4 you can add raisins, craisins, and/or chocolate chips to make them even better.
  • 5 (laura gave me the recipe -- i haven't made it yet, so it might make more or fewer cookies.this is my best estimate based on seeing her batch.).
