Laura's Flourless Cookies

Ingredients
- 5 cups almond meal
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 mix all together.
- 2 drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet & squash with a fork.
- 3 bake at 325 for 9 minutes.
- 4 you can add raisins, craisins, and/or chocolate chips to make them even better.
- 5 (laura gave me the recipe -- i haven't made it yet, so it might make more or fewer cookies.this is my best estimate based on seeing her batch.).
