Fruit & Nut Energy Bars

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup seven-grain cereal
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup molasses
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup quick oats (dry)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 2 add molasses and stir until combined.
  • 3 press mixture firmly into a 9 x 16" cookie sheet.
  • 4 bake at 275 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • 5 allow to cool
  • 6 cut into bars.
