Fruit & Nut Energy Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup seven-grain cereal
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup quick oats (dry)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2 add molasses and stir until combined.
- 3 press mixture firmly into a 9 x 16" cookie sheet.
- 4 bake at 275 degrees for 35 minutes.
- 5 allow to cool
- 6 cut into bars.
