Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
- 2 stir in egg whites and vanilla.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
- 5 bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6 remove to wire racks to cool.
