Homemade Soaked Granola

Ingredients
- 8 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk yogurt
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup dried coconut, large flakes
- 2 cups crispy nuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 mix oats, butter, coconut oil, yogurt and water together in a large bowl.
- 2 pat down, cover with a plate and leave at room temperature for 2 days.
- 3 preheat oven to 200 degrees f.
- 4 place honey, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl and set in a small pot of simmering water until honey warms and becomes thin.
- 5 mix honey with oat mixture.
- 6 place on 2 parchment lined cookie sheets and bake for several hours, until completely dry and crisp.
- 7 mix with coconut, chopped nuts and raisins.
- 8 store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
- 9 serve with whole raw milk or cream diluted with a little water.
