Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 raw potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- hot cooked rice
- flaked coconut
Recipe
- 1 in skillet cook beef, onion, and garlic till meat is browned; pour off fat.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients except coconut and rice.
- 3 cover; simmer 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- 4 sprinkle with coconut.
- 5 serve with hot cooked rice.
