Honey Oat Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups porridge oats
- 2 cups sultanas
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup demerara sugar
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 8 ounces butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and honey together and stir in the dry ingredients.
- 2 press into a 9x12" tray and bake at 160c for 25-30 minutes.
- 3 use knife to mark into 16 bars while still warm to make cutting easier when cooled.
- 4 bars will keep for several days in airtight container.
