• 1 ounce coconut rum
• 1 ounce peach schnapps
• 1 dash pineapple juice

Recipe

• 1 mix ingredients together in a shaker of ice.
• 2 pour into a chilled martini glass.
• 3 garnish with anythin from a lightly sugared rim, toasted coconut, or a nice slice of pineapple.
