Date Rice Krispies Balls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 2 cups grated coconut

Recipe

  • 1 combine butter, dates, and brown sugar in saucepan.
  • 2 heat and stir until mushy.
  • 3 remove from heat and stir in vanilla and rice krispies.
  • 4 roll into small balls and cover in coconut.
