Coconut-chocolate Sugar-free Ice Pops

- 6 pitted dates
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3/4 (13.5 ounce) can light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- dash salt

Ready Time: 5 hrs 15 mins
- place dates in a bowl, cover with hot water, and soak until soft, about 6 to 10 minutes; drain.
- puree dates, bananas, coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, and salt together in a blender until smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes; pour into popsicle molds.
- freeze until solid throughout, about 6 hours.
