vegan almond butter balls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 12 dates, pitted and diced
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons almond butter

  • mix dates, coconut, and almond butter together in a bowl; form into teaspoon-size balls. refrigerate or store in the freezer.
