- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup light rum
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 15 ice cubes
- shredded coconut, to garnish-optional
Recipe
- 1 combine first nine ingredients in blender, blend until ice is finely crushed.
- 2 top with coconut.
