Hurricane Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2-1 cup butter
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 (15 ounce) can chocolate frosting (melt in microwave)
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle coconut and pecans over dry bottom of 9x13 pan.
- 2 mix cake mix (according to package directions) and pour over coconut and pecans.
- 3 mix creme cheese, sugar, and butter.
- 4 drop by big blobs on cake batter.
- 5 swirl blobs into cake gently with a knife.
- 6 bake 350 for 35-45 minutes.
- 7 when cake comes out of the oven pour melted frosting over hot cake.
