Ingredients

- 3 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- fresh ginger (2 slices, 1/4 inch)
- 6 firm apples, peeled cored and quartered
Recipe
- 1 in slow cooker, combine apple cider, coconut sugar and ginger. add apples and stir well.
- 2 cover and cook on high for 2 hours. transfer to a serving dish and chill.
