Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) packet gingernut biscuits, crushed
- 125 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2 refridgerate for an hour.
- 3 roll into small balls and coat in melted chocolate.
