Ginger Truffles

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) packet gingernut biscuits, crushed
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • 2 refridgerate for an hour.
  • 3 roll into small balls and coat in melted chocolate.
